Midtown, you have to be loving this weather! Get outside and feel the sun.
We took a walk on the Greenline last night. The weather was perfect. There were not as many people walking or biking as I would have imagined. Tonight may call for a walk in the Cooper Young neighborhood. Get moving!
Dinner last night consisted of BBQ chicken and fresh vegetables and fresh fruit. You have to love it.
Woot.com is a website that offers daily deals nationally. Today’s deal features the Nook for $99.99. The reviews for the Woot website are very good. You really should check the site out daily. Although I have a Kindle, the Nook appears to be just as good as an e-reader. Check Woot out.
Remember the website Lifehacker.com from yesterday? That is where I learned about the Ben and Jerry’s free ice cream cone give away. Check it daily people, it can make your life easier. I liked the article today about sending a photo postcard to a friend for $0.99 using Postagram. Read the entire article here from Life Hacker.com.
How could I forget. The Memphis Brewfest takes place this Saturday 4/16/2011 at Autozone Park, 4:00 -7:30 p.m. I attended the event last year and the event will sell out. Plenty of beer and the lines were not bad at all. Get your tickets early. A friend waited until the last minute and I had to arrive early and try to buy a ticket from someone off of the street. I happened to catch someone selling one ticket just prior to the doors opening. Get your tickets here for the Memphis Brewfest. Ticket cost is $39.00.
