Are you loving your day off Midtown? Other than the rain in the evening, the day was great.
We started the day with breakfast tacos at home. If you don’t know what a breakfast taco is, you are missing out. Bacon, eggs and sausage wrapped in a tortilla. Awesome.
Then we stopped in at Republic Coffee. A good way to start the day.
Lunch? How about La Hacienda on the corner of Poplar and Highland. I felt like living on the edge and ordered tortilla soup. The soup tasted good, mixed with tortilla chips.
Other than that, not much going on today. I am looking forward to next week. There are many events on the agenda. And as soon as I am over this cold, I will be back on the bicycle. Come back tomorrow for more love and tortilla soup.
